Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Bring milk just to a boil and add beaten eggs and remaining ingredients.
  2. Whisk well.
  3. Pour into a buttered casserole dish and bake in a 350* preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Enjoy.
