Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium size bowl, mix *beaten eggs*, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth
  2. Pour into 6 three inch ramekins
  3. Sprinkle each with a pinch of nutmeg
  4. Place the cups in a glass baking dish filled halfway up with water
  5. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the center
  6. When done, let cool completely
  7. If you want to serve warm, serve before cooled completely
  8. If you want to serve cold or chilled, after baked and cooled, cover with Saran Wrap and chill
  9. This is so smooth and wonderful
