Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray
  3. Sprinkle shrimp with garlic/herb seasoning
  4. Dip shrimp in egg, then flour
  5. Dig shrimp in egg then coconut
  6. Bake 12-15 minutes
  7. Great alone, or with a marmalade(mango, peach, apricot, or pineapple), dijon mustard, and orange juice dipping sauce!
