Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium low (if oil is too hot the breading will fall off).
  2. Butterfly the shrimp; leave tail on.
  3. Spread flour on a plate.
  4. Mix eggs into a small bowl.
  5. Mix bag of panko and 1 cup of coconut into medium bowl
  6. Sprinkle a little garlic salt each shrimp.
  7. Cover the shimp with flour on plate.
  8. Dip flour covered shrimp into egg untill wet.
  9. Place shrimp into panko/coconut bowl and squeeze the batter on.
  10. Cook in oil until golden brown.
