Baked Cajun Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • lemon wedge, as garnish

Directions:

  1. In a bowl combine olive oil, butter, soy sauce, honey, cajun seasonings, lemon juice, thyme and parsley. Mix together well. Set sauce aside.
  2. Lay out shrimp, in single layer, in greased baking dish. Pour sauce over top of shrimp and turn shrimp to coat well. (you can do this up to 2 hours in advance).
  3. Bake in, preheated 400 degree oven, for 10-15minutes.
  4. Garnish with lemon wedges.
