Ingredients:

  • 1 package. baby carrots
  • 1/3 cup. butter
  • 1/2 cup. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup. boiling water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Place carrots in casserole dish.
  3. Cream butter,sugar,salt and cinnamon together.
  4. Add water to sugar mixture blend well then pour over carrots and bake covered for 1 1/2 hours.
