Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease a 2-quart casserole.
  3. Cook cabbage in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes.
  4. Drain and let cool; chop finely.
  5. In mixing bowl, blend eggs, 3 Tablespoons butter, cream, salt and pepper; stir in cabbage.
  6. Turn into casserole dish.
  7. Blend remaining butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over cabbage.
  8. Bake 30 minutes.
