Baked Broccoli Tuna Omelet

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 then lightly grease a rectangular baking dish.
  2. In baking dish combine broccoli, cheese, red pepper, onion, potato and tuna then mix lightly.
  3. In small bowl beat eggs then whisk in milk.
  4. Add cornstarch, thyme and pepper then whisk until cornstarch is dissolved.
  5. Pour egg mixture evenly over tuna mixture then bake at 400 for 1 hour.
