Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs beef
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Mince the beef, add breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, minced bacon, the hard boiled eggs, chopped and 2 beaten eggs.
  2. Mould into a long sausage and bake in a slow oven for 3 hours.
