Ingredients:

  • 1 lb bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 3 large onions , coarsly ground
  • 3 large green peppers , coarsly ground
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 16 oz can pork and beans (libby's)
  • 10 oz catsup (a sm a ll bottle)

Directions:

  1. Fry bacon in dutch oven. Drain grease and add onions and peppers. Cook.
  2. Add brown sugar, dry mustard, Pork and Beans and catsup.
  3. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.
