Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup ice water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Ombine all ingredients except banana in a bowl, beating until smooth, add 1 ice cube to keep cool.
  2. Peel and thinly slice bananas.
  3. Dip in batter.
  4. Fry in hot oil over low heat until lightly browned.
