Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and brown sugar together until well mixed.
  3. Cut and remove core from apples.
  4. Grease (Pam) a 9x9 baking dish.
  5. Add apples to baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
  7. Place butter and brown sugar mixture ontop of apples.
  8. Cover apples with pecans.
  9. Baked for 40-50 minutes until tender.
