Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine apples, 1/4 cup butter, brown sugar & cinnamon in microwave safe bowl
  2. Heat in microwave on high for 2 - 4 minutes or until apples are tender
  3. Spoon into a lightly greased 13 X 9 baking pan and set aside.
  4. Combine eggs, flower, milk, sugar & remaining butter and mix until smooth
  5. Spread over apple mixture.
  6. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes
