Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook onions and paprika until onions are transparent.
  2. Mix in garlic, coriander, thyme, parsley, cilantro, chilies, pepper and walnuts.
  3. Cook for 3-5 minutes, then add lemon juice and tomatoes.
  4. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add broccoli, coconut milk, and shrimp.
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes (until shrimp and broccoli are done).
  7. Serve over rice.
