Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the eggs and cottage cheese in a bowl with one of the onions and add a heaped teaspoon of baconsalt.
  2. Lightly oil an 8 to10inch flan dish, (no pastry!) and pour the mixture inches
  3. Top with sliced onion, sliced tomato and chilies or peppers.
  4. Bake at 200°C until firm to the touch, (30 to 40 minutes)
  5. Serve on its own for a snack or with a mixed salad for lunch.
