Bacon Spinach and Egg Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 102 g bacon
  • 56 g onion
  • 98 g spinach
  • 95 g mushrooms
  • 460 g eggs

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon till it crumbles
  2. Add onion and brown
  3. Shred cheese
  4. Cook spainach
  5. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
  6. Add 10 eggs
  7. Stir well
  8. Divide equally into three cassarole dishes
  9. Bake in 350 oven for 30 mins.
  10. Cooked casserole can be frozen
