56 grams onion
55 grams cheddar cheese
98 grams spinach
95 grams mushrooms
460 grams eggs
Directions:
1. cook bacon till it crumbles
2. add onion and brown
3. shred cheese
4. cook spainach
5. mix all ingredients in a large bowl
6. add 10 eggs
7. stir well
8. divide equally into three cassarole dishes
9. bake in 350 oven for 30 mins.
10. cooked casserole can be frozen
