Bacon Chive Rice

Ingredients:

  • 3 slices bacon
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet cook bacon till crisp.
  2. Add rice, chives and seasongings.
  3. Mix well and heat thoroughly.
