Bacon, Broccoli & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Boil water to cook pasta.
  3. While water is boiling, fry bacon strips.
  4. Set aside on paper towel to drain.
  5. After pasta is cooked, drain and set aside in a casserole dish.
  6. Crumble bacon& stir into pasta.
  7. Also stir in broccoli.
  8. Over medium heat, heat milk in a saucepan& slowly stir in flour until smooth& slightly thickened.
  9. Stir in cheese until mostly melted& remove from heat.
  10. Pour over pasta mixture and stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
  11. Salt and Pepper to suit personal taste& if desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese over casserole before baking.
  12. Bake for 10-15 minutes, and let cool 5 minutes before serving.
