  1. MIX WELL NUTS AND SEASONINGS UP TO THE BACON IN A BOWL. MIX BACON, BROWN SUGAR, LEMON ZEST, PAPRIKA AND SALT AND PEPPER AND SPREAD ON BAKING SHEET. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 8-10 MINUTES (DO NOT BURN), SUGAR SHOULD BE BUBBLEY AND BACON NOT QUITE DONE. STIR BACON OCCASIONALLY. REMOVE SHEET FROM OVEN AND ADD NUT MIXTURE AND BAKE FOR 10-15 MINUTES MORE UNTIL DRY TO THE TOUCH. STIRRING AND SPREADING AT LEAST ONCE. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOL, BREAKING APART CLUMPS. ENJOY!
