Ingredients:

  • wood or metal kabob skewers
  • crushed smushed croutons( 1 small envelope)
  • crisp cooked bacon bits- real crisp -and tiny bits..

Directions:

  1. Hard boil the 6 eggs and let them hard boil for 15 minutes.
  2. You want them hard boiled
  3. Peel and let cool in the fridge
  4. Insert skewer on the eggs long axis
  5. In the microwave melt the jar of cheese.....
  6. Either pour cheese over the hard bolied eggs or hold skewers and roll eggs in melted cheese until coated...
  7. Suspend eggs to let cheese firm up...you may need to dip more than once..you can hang your eggs in a soup bowl
  8. While cheese is still warm ...sprinkle crushed croutons and bacon bits over eggs to coat lightly...
  9. After they firm up...eat them on the skewer like corn on the cob..
  10. One of these eggs will stick with you...two of them will have you splitting wood until lunch time
