Ingredients:

  • 200 g cheese
  • 150 g liver pate
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 sour cucmber

Directions:

  1. Melt cheese over steam or in microwave.
  2. When melted form a rectangle on folie.
  3. Mix liver pate with butter, paprika paste and pepper.
  4. Add chopped cucumber and egg.
  5. Roll and keep in fridge for 3 hours.
