Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove a thin slice from the side of the egg, so the egg will not roll over; This will be the bottom of the mouse.
  2. Slice the salami down the middle.
  3. Cut 2 thin slices, lengthwise, from the inside of each salami half, this will be the tails.
  4. Cut the halves in two, this will be the ears.
  5. At the small part of the egg and in the center, cut a small slit, just big enough to insert the broccoli floret, this is the nose.
  6. Just above the nose, cut two holes for the raisins to be inserted, this will be the eyes.
  7. Starting at the smaller part of the egg, where the nose is, cut two slits on each side, 1/3 of the way down the egg and insert two triangular pieces of salami, this will be the ears.
  8. Slice cheese cube in half crosswise to form two cheese triangles, one for each mouse.
  9. Plate mice on a dark platform and decorate with cheese pieces and serve.
