  1. Cover potatoes with water in large saucepan then bring to boil and reduce heat to medium.
  2. Cook 20 minutes then drain them mash potatoes.
  3. Add milk, dressing, bacon and garlic powder then beat until fluffy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper then stir in cheese.
