Baby Back Ribs - Candy Spicy Ginger

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry spices and blend nicely.
  2. Coat the back ribs and let stand to marinade for 3 hours or overnight in fridge.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.
  4. Place ribs in covered roasting pan place in oven and roast for 2 1/2 hours.
  5. Combine all ingredients for sauce in a saucepan and bring to gentle boil for 20 min or until reduced by 1/3 or thickened to desired consistency.
  6. Once ribs have roasted remove from oven and coat with the sauce and place back in oven for 30 minute or bbq for 5 min per side and then coat with sauce and bbg for an additional 5 min per side on low heat.
