Ingredients:

  • 1/2 potato
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices american cheese
  • 1/6 clove garlic
  • 1/2 serrono
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 large mushroom

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add garlic and salt (this bring out the flavor and oils of the garlic
  3. Cook potatoes halfway
  4. Add vegetables
  5. When vegetables are slightly soft add egchew
  6. When eggs are cooked add cheese
  7. Turn off stove
  8. When cheese is melted your scrambled is ready!
  9. Enjoy!
