Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut eggs in half and carefully remove yolks.
  2. Combine yolks, avocado flesh, lemon juice & seasonings. Mash and mix to incorporate.
  3. Taste & adjust seasonings if needed.
  4. Cut a small corner from a plastic zipper bag.
  5. Spoon mixture into bag. Pipe into egg halves.
  6. Sprinkle eggs with a bit of cayenne pepper if desired.
