Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs hamburger
  • 1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup diced onion (optional)
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Mix all the meatball ingredients together & make into walnut size balls. Place close together on cookie sheet.
  2. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. The last 15 minutes of baking drizzle some of the sauce on the balls.
  3. Remove from oven and mix with remainig sauce in crock-pot. Warm on low in crock-pot until served. Sauce will thicken on meatballs.
