Avacodo And Goat Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Allow cheese to come to room temp
  2. Peal and seed avacodo and cut to smaller pieces
  3. Add every thing else except bell peppers and balsamic vineger
  4. Combine in bowl, mash and mix until a smooth consistancy is achived
  5. Blanch bell peppers in boiling water for 2 min
  6. Slice and core peppers
  7. Place pepper strips on cookie sheet
  8. Roast in oven 20 min at 400
  9. Remove from oven drizzle with rapsberry balsamic vinegar
  10. Serve with your favorite crackers
  11. A little dip a little pepper yummmmmmmmmmmm
