Auntie Bees Peanut Butter Pops

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup. flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup. brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup. peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 10 fun size snickers
  • 10 popsicle sticks

Directions:

  1. Combine sugars, margarine, vanilla, peanut butter and egg. Mix well.
  2. Add flour , baking powder and soda & salt, mix well.
  3. Securley insert a wooden stick into the end of each candy bar forming a lollipop.
  4. Shape about 1/3 cup dough smoothly around each candy bar making sure that the bar is comered compleletly.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 13-16 minutes.
  6. Cool 10 minutes and remove from cookie sheet.
  7. Cool completely before eating.
  8. If you dont want to bother with the popsicle sticks you can make these still! My kids like them on the stick but if Im in a hurry I just wrap the dough around the snickers and bake them. I do double this recipe too!
