Aunt T's Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Puree bananas in blender (11/4 cups). Cream butter & sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in bananas & eggs. Combine flour, baking powder & baking soda. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture alternating in thirds w/ buttermilk. Stir in nuts. Bake in 9x5 loaf pan on 350 for 50-60 minutes.
