Aunt Helens Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 tsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp milk or 1 tsp cream
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except pie crust in a large bowl.
  2. Pour into pie crust.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minute.
  4. Lower heat to 350 and bake for 40-45 minute more.
