  1. Mix mayonnaise and curry powder. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Cook asparagus as directed on package. Drain and refrigerate. place 1/4 of asparagus on each plate. Top with curried mayonnaise; crisscross pimiento strips on mayonnaise.
