Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook rice according to directions. (This is the hardest step!!!!!)
  2. Layer rice in a 8x8 baking dish.
  3. Layer Asparagus on top of rice. Put as much as you want or as little as you want. I think it's better when you completely cover the rice.
  4. Pour the cream of mushroom on top of the aspargus. It should layer the asparagus.
  5. Now take the cheese and just layer it like before.
  6. Place in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. You want the cheese to melt.
  7. Let cool because it will be hot!!!!
  8. I suggest if you do put it in the fridge and are reheating it add more shredded cheese. ENJOY!!!
