Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp chinese mustard
  • 4 (4 oz) salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp cooking spray
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. Using a spoon, mix soy sauce, juices, mustard, and spice powder in a shallow pan or dish. Add the salmon and turn to soak all sides with marinade. Cover with plastic wrapping and refrigerate 1 hour and 30 minutes. Bring salmon to room temperature before broiling and preheat broiler. Remove salmon from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Rush the top and sides of fillets with sesame seed oil and place on the broiler pan. Broil 4 in from the heat until salmon is thoroughly cooked in about 5 minutes. Then, heat up a medium skillet over medium-high or until hot. Put sesame seeds in and stir continuously, toast until golden, this should take about 1 minute. After that immediately transport serves four.
