April's Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 (29 oz) can peach slices, drained
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix Bisquick, milk and nutmeg.
  3. Pour into an ungreased 8x8 baking dish.
  4. Mix in melted butter until combined.
  5. In another bowl, mix peaches and sugar.
  6. Spoon peaches over batter.
  7. Bake for 40-55 minutes or until lightly browned.
