Apricot Wine Cordial

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 1/2 liter) bottle dry white wine
  • 2 cups sugar

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, proces apricots until finely chopped.
  2. Place apricots in a non-metal container.
  3. Stir in wine, sugar, and brandy.
  4. Cover and allow to stand at room temperature 1 to 4 weeks.
  5. Strain wine and pour into gift bottles.
