Apricot White Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line square pan with foil then grease foil.
  2. Mix powder sugar and milk in a heavy saucepan.
  3. Over medium heat add butter and stir constantly and bring to boil.
  4. Without stirring boil constantly for 5 minutes.
  5. Over low heat add chocolate and almond extract.
  6. Stir then whisk until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
  7. Stir in dried apricots and toasted almonds then pour mixture into prepared pan.
  8. Refrigerate 2 hours until firm then invert pan and peel off foil then cut into squares.
