  • 1 (8-oz) container sour cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Chill, if desired. Serve over mixed salad greens or fruit.
