Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put apricots, orange juice and citric acid into a saucepan. Cover and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Leave to cool.
  2. Puree apricot mixture in a food processor or blender. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Add icing sugar, coconut and biscuit crumbs. Mix well.
  4. Measure tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls.
  5. Dip in melted chocolate. Chill until set.
