Apples and Cinnamon Pork Chop Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown pork chops in a small amount of olive oil. Remove from heat.
  3. Mix cinnamon, apples, and brown sugar.
  4. In a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish, layer pork chops then top with apple mixture. Slice butter and place on top of pork chops.
  5. Repeat until all pork chops are used.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minute.
