Directions:

  1. To make dressing, blend in salad bowl the oil, lemon juice, vinegar basil, salt, pepper and sugar
  2. Add apples, onion, green pepper, celery and zucchini. Toss to coat.
  3. Cover Chill for 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors.
