Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spray a 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Brown sausage if desired & dice.
  4. Beat Bisquick, cinnamon, egg and milk until smooth.
  5. Add chopped apple; stir.
  6. Pour into baking dish.
  7. Arrange sausage on top.
  8. Bake until light brown, about 20 -25 minutes.
  9. Serve with syrup.
  10. Serves 4.
