Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Prepare pans.
  3. Combine apples, raisins and sherry and set aside.
  4. In another bowl combine sugar, cream and margarine then set aside.
  5. Combine allspice, eggs, flour and baking powder then combine to sugar mixture.
  6. Stir in apple mixture and blend until just combined.
  7. Spoon into pans and bake for 20 minutes.
