Apple Pie In The Crock Pot

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 heaping tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl then cut in cold butter to make crumbs.
  2. Combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg together.
  3. Pat half of crumb mixture on bottom of crock pot then dump apple filling on top.
  4. Pour in remaining crumb topping and pat down with a spoon.
  5. Layer several paper towels over top of crock pot then place lid on top.
  6. Cook on high for 3 hours.
