Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
  2. Beat eggs and milk together then gradually add flour mixture and beat until smooth.
  3. Sauté apples in 1/4 cup of butter until tender.
  4. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar with the cinnamon and toss with sautéed apples.
  5. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a 6 deep fry pan then pour batter until about 1/4 .
  6. When set place 1/4 of the apples on top of batter then cover with more batter.
  7. Fry pancake until lightly browned on both sides then keep warm.
  8. Repeat procedure 3 times until all batter and apples are used then serve warm.
