Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Cream butter with sugar and egg. Add milk and beat well. Stir dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add apples and nuts to dry ingredients, tossing to coat. Add to creamed mixture. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
