Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 120 g flour , sifted
  • 375 ml milk
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • bread crumbs , as needed

Directions:

  2. 1. Sautee the ground beef and separate from the liquid.
  3. 2. Mix the milk, spices and ground beef. You can add beef bouillon to the mix.
  4. 3. Sautee the garlic and onion with butter until transparent.
  5. 4. Add the flour to the garlic and onion, stir.
  6. 5. Add the milk and cook until all mixed well. Turn off the heat.
  7. 6. Add cheese and stil until cheese melts. Leave it to cool.
  8. 7. Shape into small balls.
  9. 8. Dip into whisked eggs and roll it into the bread crumbs, and repeat.
  10. 9. Fry until golden brown
  11. Serve with chilli padi or hot peppers for spicy food lover.
