Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combined all ingredients together and mix well.
  2. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, flipping once.
  3. Can sprinkle with powdered sugar or make a glaze with powdered sugar, a little vanilla and a little milk for the top of the fritters.
