Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients and add egg, vanilla and sugar, mix well.
  2. Add enough milk to make batter about as thick as pancake batter..
  3. Drop by tablespoonful into hot oil.
  4. Turn fritters every couple of minutes to brown evenly.
  5. Cook about 8 or 9 minutes until golden brown.
